James Krintz
James Krintz grew up on a produce farm in Monticello called KIDS CORN COMPANY. His family grew tomatoes, green beans, etc. As a part of the family, James was expected to stay at home and help with the farm.
Although he loved this work very much, he was also a high school student interested in making some extra money. When he turned fifteen, he went out and bought a lawn mower. This is where it all began. He mowed lawns throughout this neighborhood, making some extra money as he went along. His mowing business did not stop when he went to college. He continued to mow lawns and used the funds to help put himself through school.
After James graduated from college he still found himself mowing lawns on his days off of work. It got to the point where his mowing business was growing so much that he had to make a decision about whether or not he wanted to go full time with the mowing services and create a business for himself. Because of his passion and love for community and the outdoors, he decided that creating Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. as a full time business was his best option.
Michelle Krintz
Michelle Krintz, James’ wife played an important role in the development of Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. Her and James met in college and began dating. She started helping him with the mowing business so she could also make money to help pay for her own college education.
After graduating from college with an Accounting degree, Michelle became instrumental in helping James to follow his heart and create Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. Their interests and educational backgrounds made them an excellent team to start the company. They have truly grown the business together from the ground up.

Tara Krintz was the first girl in Krintz Lawn Care, Inc.’s office after Michelle. She is a relative of James and Michelle Krintz, demonstrating the Krintz’s dedication to family and community. She is another one of Krintz’s office girls, in charge of all of the accounting work. She will make sure that you, the customer, are getting the most for your money, each and every time you work with Krintz.
Stacy Stroh is one of the office girls at Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. A recent Purdue graduate, she deals directly with you, the customer. She takes all of the notes for Michelle and James. She helps out with estimates and will follow up with you to make sure that you are getting everything you expect from Krintz. Her main goal is to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your experience with Krintz Lawn Care, Inc.
Caleb Pavey has been with Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. for five years now! He is their main lawn care technician and foreman. When a mowing crew comes out to your house to make your lawn look beautiful, Caleb is the man in charge. He’ll make sure that your job is done right. Michelle Krintz does a lot of great work when it comes to landscaping, but she couldn't do it as well if she didn’t have the support of her right hand man, Rigo Padilla. Rigo Padilla Is Krintz Lawn Care, Inc.’s landscaping foreman. He knows all about what Michelle expects and what she wants in a teammate. When it comes to hardscapes, no one knows more than Bartolo Maximo. He is an expert in hardscaping, all the way from patios and walkways to driveways to fire pits. Whatever you need, Bartolo is your guy. This hardscaping expert leads Krintz Lawn Care, Inc.’s team for all of your hardscaping projects. He will make sure that the job is done right and that every step is taken to ensure that no corners are cut on your project.
Sallas is an irrigation foreman and technician at Krintz Lawn Care, Inc. He is in charge of all of your irrigation needs, from repairs, to installs, to openings and closings. When he comes out to your home, he will make sure that you are treated with respect and professionalism, from the start of the job all the way until the very end.
